THYRA
Short-Sleeved T-Shirt
Enhanced with the protective titanium dioxide layer and equipped with anti-theft side pockets, the THYRA functions as the base layer of the series and serves as a temperature regulator in cooler climates.
LEJA
Long-Sleeved T-Shirt with Built-In Mask
The LEJA T-Shirt alone provides unprecedented protection as a single layer piece. Like the THYRA, it has two built-in anti-theft pockets. The collar/mask attachment has a copper ion lining and also allows for replacement filters to enhance the protection of the wearer against harmful airborne particles.
HAKAAN
Hoodie/Jacket with Detachable Snood
The HAKAAN Hoodie/Jacket is worn primarily as an outer layer, with numerous pockets designed into the garment to provide extra storage for the wearer during airport check-ins and check-outs, while protecting the wearer from airborne particles and the freezing temperatures in the cold months of winter with the detachable snood.

We embarked on this journey in the midst of the pandemic. Combating COVID-19 has become a shared experience by most of humanity across the globe. How we live has fundamentally changed and we are now learning how to live with the virus, which can be considered to be an endemic. As we are in the process of finding the cure, we should remain vigilant at all times. We have created SYSTEM-01 with the intention of making people feel a little safer as they go about their “normal” daily lives. Combining new fabric technology and traditional craftsmanship, an initial wardrobe has been conceived to live out this calamity and beyond.
THE MATERIALS
Graphene
A new nanomaterial considered by many as the fiber of the future, Graphene is said to be the strongest, hardest and lightest ever discovered. Graphene is also known to be a healing fiber, having been proven to improve blood circulation when worn.
Copper
Known throughout history for its sanitising qualities, the earliest record medical use of copper was between 2600 and 2200 B.C. The ancient Egyptians were one of the first people to discover that copper ions destroy any bacterial membrane upon contact.
Titanium Dioxide
The main component responsible for SYSTEM-01’s antiviral property, titanium dioxide has been widely adopted as a counter virus agent due to its oxidative effect. In other words, it attacks and breaks down virus cells upon contact. Rest assured, our application of titanium dioxide is perfectly safe for your skin and has no greater impact on your skin than any other common fabric.
The combination we have developed here gives a triple sanitising action in one garment (graphene, copper, titanium dioxide), providing additional protection against the harmful airborne particles and encouraging free movement in public spaces.
